Total area of production halls of our workshops is amounting to 30 500 m². The workshops placed on nearly 61 ha are located in Sochaczew, Gdynia, Lublin, Bełchatów and Kozienice.

Maximum overall dimensions of manufactured products are only limited by possibilities of road transportation.

In case of Gdynia we are able to transport directly from the workshop to the harbor elements with circular cross-section Φ 3.6m × 20m and with rectangular cross-section 10.5m wide, 16m long and weighing up to 25t

Our companies belong to I group of the plants, using welding processes entitling to manufacturing and erection of steel structures class 1, 2 and 3 as well as pressure vessels.

Workshop in Sochaczew has modern corrosion protection line composed of cleaning chamber and painting chamber equipped with heating and heat maintaining equipment up to temperature 80°C. It assures the very high degree of carrion protection.

We also perform heat treatment in special chamber furnace: annealing, normalizing, tempering, solutioning. Dimensions of the furnace enable treatment of large and three-dimensional elements, at temperature up to 1150°C.

Heat treatment can also be performed in possessed electrical resistance furnaces or locally with inductive and resistance method.
