Włodzimierz Dyrka - President of the Board

He has managed of Energomontaż-Północ SA since April 2005. During the years 1991-2000 he was the President of the Board & General Director of the Gdańsk Refinery (at present Lotos Group). In 2000-2005, the Member of the Board and Director for Restructuring of Polpharma Pharmaceutical Works in Starogard Gdański.

Andrzej Orliński - Deputy Chairman, COO

The Member of the Board of Energomontaż-Północ SA since January 2008. Earlier - since 2005 - he had worked as a Deputy Director of Industrial Buliding Section at Mostostal Warszawa Inc. Since 2001 till 2005 he had been a Production and Marketing Director and Member of the Board of Mostostal Płock Inc (Mostostal Warszawa Inc. Group).

Mirosław Białogłowski - Member of the Board for Market and Development of Business Affairs

He has been the Member of the Board of Energomontaż-Północ SA since February 2006. During the years 1991-1995 he was the President of the Board of ZREW Service. In 1995-2000 he was Vice President of the Board of ZREW S.A., and since 2000 till 2006, the President of the Board of ZRE Lublin.

Przemysław Milczarek - Deputy Chairman, CFO

He started working in Energomontaż-Północ SA in May 2005 as Vice President of the Board for Financial Affairs. Since June 2006 he has been in charge of function of the Member of Energomontaż-Północ SA.

Before that he had worked, inter alia in Westfund Polska as an investment analyzer and in Dromex SA as a financial controller. During the years 2002-2005 he was the Financial Director in the company "Budownictwo Drogowe Wschód" (Strabag).
