Share Ownership

Initial capital of Energomontaż-Północ SA is amounting to 83 394 654 PLN and is divided into 23.827.044 shares with nominal value 3.5 PLN each. All shares are equally preferential in relation to the vote. Polimex-Mostostal, which have values representing 65.55% of initial capital, entitling to execute the same quantity of the votes at General Assembly of the Shareholders, is the controlling shareholder of the Company.
