Energomonta�-P�noc Technika Spawalnicza i Laboratorium Sp. z o.o. acts on the basis of obtained certificates of:

- Urz�d Dozoru Technicznego No.: OS-27/02/4-04

Arranges training and exams for Polish certificates issued by Urz�d Dozoru Technicznego (Office of Technical Inspection) (UDT) in accordance with PN-EN 287-1 and DT-S/94, in the range of the basic and special entitlements - Arranges welders examinations for certificates in accordance with EN 287-1, 2, issued by T�V Rheinland, in following welding methods:
• Hand arc welding (E-111)
• Argon-arc welding (TIG-141)
• Semi-automatic welding (MAG/MIG-135/131)
• Gas welding (G-311)

It offers also services related to acceptance of WPAR procedures, in accordance with EN 288-3, confirmed by T�V Rheinland or UDT, for welding processes used by manufacturers in the production process.

PURPOSE OF TRAINING
Energomonta�-P�noc Technika Spawalnicza is authorized to conduct the following welding training:

• I o (basic training) for people willing to work as welders and obtain basic certificate "Welder Book",
• II o (special training) for welders willing to improve their skills and range of certification or recover their certificate, which has already expired.

The basic condition to obtain special certificate is:
• Graduation from welding training of IIo for welding of equipment under UDT inspection and acceptance
• Passing the exam in accordance with PN-EN 287-1(2) standard) and internal regulations of UDT (DT-S/94).
The welder is obligated to complete training for each welding method he applies for.

For welders going to extend validity or widen range of their certificates for:
• New type of semi-products,
• Other material group,
• Other range of thickness or diameters,
• Different welding positions,
we offer possibility to practice before the exam is taken.

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION OF CANDIDATE FOR SPECIAL TRAINING

For welding training to weld with coated electrode (111) and oxy-acetylene welding (311) admission requires:
• Possession of the Welder Book issued after training of I� for particular welding method
• Documented one year practice

For welding training to weld in gas-shielded (MIG-131, MAG-135, powder wire-136, TIG-141) may apply welders who have:
• Welder Book issued after completion of I� training in particular welding method
• Documented three month practice

The condition, which allows the welder to take the exam for certificates issued by German Office of Technical Inspection T�V, is confirmation of training in particular welding method, documented in the Welder Book.

ORGANIZATION OF TRAINING AND EXAMS

Five days a week training from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Welders, who have completed training of I� in particular welding method and documented several years practice, have the possibility to shorten the training to 8 days of welding practice, as well as pass extramural exam from theoretical knowledge.
Welder exams are organized on the date agreed with the Client.
Candidates applying for the training or exam should bring their own protective equipment (clothing, shoes, gloves) and Technika Spawalnicza provides tools and welding protective equipment.

Applications from candidates for courses, training and exams may be provided by phone, fax or via e-mail.

Before welder takes an exam or start training, a formal order specifying expected scope of services should be submitted (in accordance with the attached example).
